Terms of Use

➭ Each purchase/license key is valid for only 1 user.➭ By purchasing any model the user automatically agrees to follow and adhere to the creator's Terms of Use.➭ The user must always adhere to the creator's Terms of Use throughout the continued use of the model.note: Terms of Use are subject to change at any time.

a) Main Purpose
1. This model is intended to be used as a private avatar for VRChat.

b) Permitted / Allowed
1. Modifying or adjusting the model to the user's own preferences.2. Using the model for media purposes (e.g. YouTube video, Instagram post, VTubing, Twitch streaming, Twitter post, TikTok, etc.) Only with credit to the creator's Gumroad ⟶ https://tinny.gumroad.com/3. Uploading the model as private to VRChat, ChilloutVR, and other VR Platforms.

c) Prohibited / Not Allowed
1. Not providing the information needed (Discord ID/VRChat Account), or providing false information in the purchase form, means your license is NOT valid.2. Uploading the model to a different VRChat Account than the one provided in the purchase form.3. Redistributing the model or any of its assets to any other sources besides the user.4. Reusing, reselling, copying, or replicating the model or any of its assets.5. Claiming the model or any of its assets as your own.6. Publishing the model to the public (e.g. uploading it as ''Public'' on VRChat).7. Modification of the model that suggests or encourages malicious intention.8. Using the model to perform or create any malicious acts or content.assets = including 3d meshes, textures, materials, animations, files, logic, info, video, photos, etc.
malicious = hate speech, homophobic, discrimination, pedophilia, gore, self-harm, political, religious, etc.

d) Responsibility
1. The creator is not responsible for helping with uploading the model, the user is required to have basic Unity knowledge before purchasing.2. The creator is not responsible for any error due to VRChat or Unity updates after the model has been released.3. The creator is not responsible for any financial loss or mechanical troubles caused by using this model.

e) Refund and Charge Back
1. All purchases are final.2. Refund is not available due to the nature of the product being digital.3. The buyer is not eligible for a refund and is not allowed to charge back when the creator takes away their license right because they violate the creator's Terms of Use.

f) Violation and Punishment
1. If the user violates any of said rules in this Terms of Use, the creator has permission to take away the user's right to use the model.2. If the user violates any of said rules in this Terms of Use, the creator has permission to file a DMCA takedown.3. If the user violates any of said rules in this Terms of Use, the creator has permission to take legal actions against the user.

g) Copyright
1. This model is protected by Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).2. Copyright infringement is a crime, and the user will be punished if broken said rules.
